中心简介

为了贯彻落实习近平总书记关于“小木耳、大产业”重要指示精神,学校于2020年11月3日决定成立“西北农林科技大学食用菌中心”,中心为校级学术机构,实行学术委员会管理下的主任负责制。

西北农林科技大学食用菌中心围绕我国食用菌产业和学科发展需求,紧抓陕西省“3+X”工程中食用菌特色产业发展新机遇,致力于加强食用菌基础研究与秦岭野生食药用菌资源的保护利用。主要开展食药用菌优良菌种选育、栽培基质创新、生产智能化示范、病虫害绿色防控、精深加工与副产物综合利用等研究。旨在培养食用菌方向的高级技术人才(含本科、专业硕士、博士),解决食用菌产业全产业链发展的关键技术问题,提高食用菌产业的经济和社会价值。

About Us

In order to implement the spirit of President Jinping Xi’s essential instruction on “Small Fungi, Big Industry”, the school decided to establish the "Northwest A&F University Edible Fungi Center" on November 3, 2020. The Center is a school level academic institute under the management of Academic Committee which implements a system of director responsibility.  

With a focus on the national development of edible fungi industry and discipline construction, the Northwest A&F University Edible Fungi Center is committed to enhancing the basic research of edible fungi and conserving the resources of wild edible-medicinal fungi in Qinling Mountains, seizing the new opportunities for the development of the characteristic edible fungi industry in the "3+X" project of Shaanxi Province. The Center mainly conducts researches on breeding and selection of fine strains of edible-medicinal fungi, innovation of culture medium, demonstration of intelligent production, green pest control, intensive processing and comprehensive utilization of by-products, etc., aiming at cultivating senior technical talents (including undergraduates, Professional Master, Doctor), addressing key technical issues in the development of the whole edible fungi industry, as well as improving the economic and social value of edible fungi industry.
